Neon Drive
Rain-slicked neon road stretching to a vanishing point with approaching headlights.
What is Neon Drive?
Neon Drive is a free WebGL web effect in the TappyPrism library. Rain-slicked neon road stretching to a vanishing point with approaching headlights. It is rendered on the GPU by a fragment shader, so it costs almost nothing on the CPU and works well as a full-screen background. It ships as a single self-contained HTML file (neon-drive.html) with zero dependencies — no npm package, no framework, no build step. It exposes 2 live parameters — Drive Speed, Rain Intensity — adjustable in the browser or at runtime.
Parameters
| Parameter | Key | Range | Default |
|---|---|---|---|
| Drive Speed | DRIVE_SPEED | 0.3 – 3 | 1 |
| Rain Intensity | RAIN_INTENSITY | 0.1 – 1 | 0.7 |
